Beta terms

Participation

Yaboku is independently operated by an individual. These terms cover Raven, Tide, and this documentation during the invitation-only beta. Contact: admin@yaboku.com.

Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Obtain required employer/admin approval. Do not use the apps for unlawful or abusive activity or bypass access controls. Providers’ terms and workplace policies also apply.

Development software

Features can change, fail, or be unavailable. Data may be incomplete; sends, sync, and reminders can fail or be delayed. Android is required for the pilot, but full Apple/Android acceptance is unfinished.

Keep access through your provider’s app. Verify important sends and event changes there. Preserve local-only drafts and edits before removing data. There is no promise of future features, a release date, uninterrupted service, ongoing support, or future pricing.

Your data and choices

You retain your rights in your content. Connecting an account authorizes the granted access for selected app functions. Sends, edits, and deletions can affect your provider account and other participants; review before confirming.

Read privacy for storage and processing. You can stop participating, revoke access, and follow the removal instructions. The operator may pause or end the beta; material changes should be communicated before continued use.

Availability

The beta is provided as available, without a promise of error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranties are provided. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
