Include the app, build, OS, provider, and what happened. Redact logs and screenshots: they can contain addresses, paths, calendar/folder names, identifiers, and invitation titles. Never send passwords, tokens, callback URLs, or whole mailboxes.

Check the Raven or Tide guide for unavailable workflows. Missing registration, failed provider access, and an empty cache are different conditions. For an uncertain send, check the provider’s Sent folder before retrying.

Disconnect and revoke

Raven · Apple

Settings → Accounts → account → Remove account. This removes account database records and attempts Keychain token deletion. It does not revoke provider consent or guarantee deletion of files/logs. Accounts shared with Tide may be affected.

Raven · Android

Account/mailbox chooser → Disconnect Google account. Save local drafts first: the flow revokes Google access, then deletes cached mail, drafts, queues, and account attachment directories. Failed revocation can leave data intact. Microsoft enrollment is unavailable.

Tide · Apple

Settings → Calendar accounts → Disconnect Calendar for a Tide-owned connection. Its active token is removed; events and queued edits remain. Raven’s sign-in is preserved. For shared Raven accounts, choose Open Mail account settings.

Tide · Android

A complete direct-provider disconnect/delete flow is unverified; revoke access at the provider. For device calendars, remove Tide’s Calendar permission in Android Settings → Apps → Tide → Permissions. This does not delete system calendars or device accounts.

Revoke with the provider

Remove the relevant connection in Google third-party connections, personal Microsoft account permissions, or work/school My Apps. Ask your administrator if restricted. Review Raven and Tide separately and check other devices.

Provider revocation stops access as enforced by the provider; it does not erase existing local copies. Local removal does not revoke consent or delete your provider mailbox/calendar.

Remove local data

Preserve unsent drafts and pending edits first. Deleting mail/events inside the app can delete provider records; it is not cache cleanup.

  • Android: Settings → Apps → Raven or Tide → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Clear cache is insufficient. This does not erase system calendars, exports, provider data, or every SDK/service-held token; also revoke provider access.
  • iPhone/iPad: Delete App, rather than Offload, removes its own container. Keychain/shared App Group data can survive. Deleting Raven alone is not a verified wipe of shared Raven/Tide data.
  • Mac: deleting the application leaves support files, shared storage, Keychain items, and exports. Contact support for build-specific removal before deleting shared files; both apps may be affected.

There is no verified one-button complete Apple cleanup. Remove exports separately; backups and provider retention are separate. Email support to request deletion of correspondence or diagnostics you sent.
